Shipping & Return
Please note : due to COVID-19 shipping delays will occur.
We deliver internationally, within the United States and abroad.
All orders are shipping from bay area, California within 1-3 business days via USPS.
You will receive a tracking number once the package arrives at the post office.

Pawsh Walker is happy to help you. Cancellations will be considered only if the package has not been shipped. You can track the status of the order online.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please send photo proof of the visual damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please measure your pup before you purchase.
We offer a full refund within 21 days of delivery date as long as the following criteria are met :
- All items must brand-new, unwashed, damage-free and hair/fur-free.
- Shipping has not yet processed for the order.
We do not offer free returns at this time. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shopping costs from the original order will not be refunded. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Once a return is received, It may take up to 7 days for us to inspect and process your item(s). Credits will be applied to your original form of payment.
How to process a return
- Email us at Hello@pawshwalker.com or fill out the "Contact Us" form to request a return. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
- We will email you the return address.
- Ship your return.
- After we receive the package and have inspected the item(s), your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
